Community Supports are new free services available to eligible Medi-Cal members that have the ability to significantly improve the lives and overall health of millions of underserved Californians. Millions of eligible Californians don't know these services exist.

We are committed to helping underserved Californians. CalAssist screens members to identify services for which they could be eligible, and our team of care managers make referrals to their health plan on their behalf.
